            <p id="isPasted">Harper Adams University is looking to recruit a full time Caf&eacute; Assistant delivering excellent customer service experience to students, conference guests and University staff.&nbsp;</p><p>The successful candidate should have a minimum of some front-of-house catering &amp; hospitality/caf&eacute; experience &amp; good customer service skills.</p><p>You will play a key role in the service of food and drink in this busy cafe. The main duties of the role include:&nbsp;</p><p>1. Serve customers in a polite &amp; friendly manner.&nbsp;</p><p>2. To ensure high quality, customer focused provision of hot and cold food and beverages.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Cash handling and stock security.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Setting up the Caf&eacute; offering in accordance with department standards.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Compliance of the Department&rsquo;s Food Safety System.&nbsp;</p><p>6. Consistently delivering a professional and efficient service to our customers.&nbsp;</p><p>7. Ensuring a professional and hygienic appearance.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Ensuring cleaning and closing procedures are carried out and documented.&nbsp;</p><p>9. Ensuring defects of buildings or equipment are reported in the correct manner.&nbsp;</p><p>10. Produce and serve Barista standard coffees and other beverages.&nbsp;</p><p>11. Cary out any reasonable requests from your supervisor&nbsp;</p><p>12. Be prepared to help (where possible) with special events i.e. Graduation, Open Days and Royal &nbsp; &nbsp;Visits.&nbsp;</p><p>13.             <p id="isPasted">We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy department catering for university clientele &amp; conference delegates.&nbsp;</p><p>To work alongside existing kitchen staff to carry out daily kitchen activities, including aiding with deliveries &amp; good received to distributing to various outlets.
