Registry Assistant - Part-time, Fixed-term appointment
A part-time Registry Assistant is required to join the team of staff dealing with the admission of students to the University College and the maintenance of computerised student records.
You will be responsible for dealing with initial course enquiries, assisting at open days and interview sessions for potential students, as well as entering and maintaining student data on the student record system.
You should have a first degree; experience of office administration, excellent organisational, communication and IT skills as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. The routine working week is 20 hours over Monday to Friday, inclusive.
