The Estates and Facilities Department provides a number of essential services to Harper Adams University and is responsible for the management and facilities maintenance of the main campus and outlying properties.

The University is seeking a professional and competent individual with a track record in estates legal compliance covering legionella, fire safety and asbestos management. The right individual will be adaptable, hands-on and will be able to bring innovation to a forward-looking Estates Maintenance team. Working with in-house staff and external service contractors they will manage the estates compliance function to enable the University to meet its legislative compliance obligations. 

Applicants should have a Degree qualification or equivalent formal professional qualification in relevant subject, or Chartered Status within a relevant institution along with appropriate membership of a professional body as recognised and required for the post (e.g. IOSH, MIIRSM)
