Harper Adams University seeks to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join their Agribusiness Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic academic or business professional, who is passionate about and motivated by communicating innovative management ideas to students from a range of degree routes. You will be a dynamic individual with experience of teaching business modules at level three and above and able to develop students’ enterprise knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, OR you might be working in a management, consultancyor advisory role for an innovative organisation. What is important is that you are comfortable leading our students as they develop their entrepreneurial thinking and enterprise management skills. You must have passion and compelling examples to share with them as you support them on their learning journey.

Applications are welcome from individuals with relevant academic or commercial experience. If appointed, you will play a key role in the delivery of a variety of management modules at undergraduate level. You need to be able to convince us of your ability to support the next generation of Harper Adams graduates, as they develop into the innovative, proactive and employable students our university has a reputation for delivering to employers across the world.

NB. This is predominantly a teaching role, with lots of contact with students from across a range of modules and levels (from 3 to 6).
