This post represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the placements team within Harper & Keele Veterinary School.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of veterinary educational placements across all five years of the program, including both extramural studies (EMS) and intramural rotations (IMR). The position involves providing comprehensive administrative support for the veterinary school’s placements team, ensuring efficient coordination and management of student placements. The role involves liaising with students, placement providers, and internal staff to facilitate smooth operation, quality assurance and compliance with university policies and procedures within a quality framework compliant with both the requirements of RCVS Accreditation Standards for Vet Schools and the RCVS Day One Competences.
The post holder will liaise and work with colleagues across both Harper Adams University and Keele University campuses where travel and work at both may be required. Excellent communication and prioritisation skills. The post holder will have experience/qualifications in administration with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
