Salary:  £24,533 to £26,444 per annum
The point of entry will be dependent upon relevant qualifications and experience

The postholder will be a motivated and organised Short Course and Events Co-ordinator within the Short Course and Conferencing team. The successful candidate will manage enquiries and undertake administrative and operational work to ensure the professional delivery of short courses and events. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key qualifications, skills and experience required to fulfil this role:

  • Excellent planning, inter-personal and organisational skills. 
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to easily build rapport with stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels.
  • A flexible and pro-active approach to work, being able to trouble shoot in both a challenging and changing environment.
  • Exceptional time management and self-motivation attributes
  • Computer literacy with experience of using Microsoft Office suite applications.  Experience of hotel booking software packages would be an advantage. 
  • Previous experience of working in the service/hospitality industry would be an advantage
  • A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
