We are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for a Capital Project Manager at Harper Adams University.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, monitoring and controlling a range of projects including the successful delivery of projects on time and to required specifications;
- Drawing up project specifications;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Managing multiple corresponding projects, including minor works and refurbishments up to multi-million-pound developments.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of building services
- Previous public sector experience is desirable.
